The IPSLAB Europe website, since its design, aims to ensure compliance with the principles enshrined in EU Regulation no. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with particular regard to the processing of personal data, none excluded, and the free movement of the same even in the public interest consistent with the right to transparency.
IPSLAB Europe guarantees the interested parties the possibility to interact with its portal to freely use the services requested, such as, for example, the sending of newsletters or information for which the interested party has consciously expressed consent to the processing.
The personal data processed – possibly collected or provided in the appropriate forms by the navigator – and any other type of relevant information, are accessible through the address www.ipslab-europe.eu corresponding to the official website of IPSLAB Europe.
With this information IPSLAB Europe, in addition to describing how to use the site, aims to inform users and web surfers about the processing of personal data and the related guarantees recognized by law, pursuant to art. 13 of the aforementioned Regulations”;
This information is provided exclusively for personal data contained in or acquired during the use of the IPSLAB Europe website and not for other websites (for which the Owner is not responsible or co-owner) that can be accessed by the user via links.
Holder of the treatment
IPSLAB Europe is the owner of the personal data treatment in the person of the legal representative pro tempore, domiciled for the office at the registered office.
Purpose of processing and legal basis
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the services offered by IPSLAB Europe through its portal to ensure the provision of goods and services relevant to the object of the Articles of Association.
Within these purposes, the processing also concerns the data relating to the portal registrations necessary for the management of relations with IPSLAB Europe, as well as to allow effective communication and to comply with any legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.
Place and method of treatment
The data are processed exclusively in the EUROPEAN Territory by trained personnel, trained and authorized to lawfully process data according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance and not excessive with respect to the purposes of collection and subsequent processing.
The processing of data related to the services offered by the IPSLAB Europe website is carried out for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes set by the user, to whom all minimum-security measures (and confidentiality) are reserved, aimed at preventing the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use or unauthorized access.
The personal data provided by users who register or use the services of the IPSLAB Europe website – such as name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company and website – may be used for other processing operations in terms compatible with the purposes of collection such as sending, by e-mail, informative communications updates to legislation.
The personal data of users who request documents or information material (newsletters, answers to questions, acts and measures, etc.) are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are not subject to transfer or dissemination.
No automated processing or automated decision making processes or profiling of the user of IPSLAB Europe’s institutional website are foreseen.

The categories of data processed and the categories of recipients to which the data refer are listed in the Treatment Register available at the headquarters of IPSLAB Europe.
Retention period
The data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes indicated above (“principle of limitation of storage”; art. 5, of the EU Regulation) or according to the deadlines provided by law.
Data transfer abroad
The data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTY
The rights of the interested party (ref. articles 15÷21 of the EU Regulation) can be exercised at any time and are summarised in the right:
- to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, and access to such data;
- to obtain data rectification without undue delay, including data integration;
- to have the data deleted;
- to obtain the limitation of the treatment and the communication of any withdrawal of the same;
- data portability;
- to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
